Performance & Power Options
The XC60 offers drivers three engine options and array of performance features. Starting with the base 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine that provides 250 horsepower and 258 foot-pounds of torque, drivers can also opt for a 2.0-liter turbocharged/supercharged inline-4 engine that produces 316 horsepower and 295 foot-pounds of torque. Drivers concerned with fuel economy can look to the plug-in hybrid engine that touts an impressive 400 horsepower and 472 foot-pounds of torque. All engines work in unison with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The base 2.0-liter engine is the only engine that doesn't come standard with all-wheel drive (front-wheel drive).

The base Momentum trim comes with many impressive standard features, such as a panoramic moonroof, a nine-inch infotainment touch screen interface, a 10-speaker/ 330 watt audio system, and numerous driver assistance features. Driver assistance features include run off-road mitigation, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking. Luxury options abound beyond the base trim. Drivers can upgrade to an available Bowers & Wilkins audio system, heated front and rear seats, quad-zone climate control, and even ventilation/ massaging seats.
